Delivery Methods
In the checkout, you can see the delivery options offered for your order, which vary depending on the type of product and your location. Make your choices for the delivery method and ensure your contact details and address are correct before confirming the order, as they cannot be corrected after the order has been placed.
Prices & Fees
Our prices and fees may be changed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as significantly changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations, or changed VAT rates.
Customs outside the EU
Those who live outside the EU with partner countries may pay customs duties and the VAT rate that applies in the country of destination. Payment of VAT and customs will be handled by the shipping company.
Support and Availability
Our objective is to respond to email inquiries within 24 hours from the time we receive your query. Please note that this response time applies only during weekdays and for inquiries related to completed purchases and orders. In cases where we have not replied to your email within 48 hours, we will notify you of the delay and the reason for it. For more complex support issues, such as complaints or transport-related queries, the handling time may be longer.
Complaints
According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about defects in an item within three years from the date you received the item, provided that the defect is original. An original defect does not need to be apparent immediately. Please note that you must contact us regarding the complaint "within a reasonable time" after discovering the defect; within two months is considered a reasonable time. Contact customer service. Describe the defect and attach pictures of the damage/potentially damaged packaging, preferably taken from different angles. Customer service will then respond with suggestions for action based on the type of defect. If you accept any eventual price reduction/compensation as a solution, you waive future claims for the specifically compensated defect. When returning an item, it is important to keep your return receipt until your complaint has been processed by us. Once we have received the claimed item, our returns department will decide whether the complaint is approved. For most types of items, the purchase is canceled in case of an approved complaint, and a refund is issued. Any refund will be made as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after we received the item from you, and will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. In case of an approved complaint, we cover the shipping, return shipping, and any additional fees for the item you have claimed. In case of a denied complaint, the item will be returned to you.
