Customs & Duties

EU Orders: Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. Local VAT is already included in your purchase price.

International Orders (outside the EU): Shipments may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and local taxes in the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Lost / Missing Packages
